Shipping & Returns

At Edena we strive on you receiving your order as quickly as possible. We always allow a maximum of 2 business days in packaging and dispatch time. We understand sometimes your order is urgent whether it be the must have for our products or purchasing these products as a present of gift to someone. Please  contact us prior to purchasing and we can show you our express postage options to try our best that these items are received by the requested date.

Return Policy

At Edena we strive to make sure all products are packaged safely and securing to make sure you receive your item in the same way we sent it to you. If there is an issue with your product or a fault within the item or damage during postage please get in contact with us within 2 days of receiving your product and we will re send the exact same product at no extra cost to yourself.

If it has been longer than 2 days we will require you to post the item back to us where we will then look over and re send the exact same product.  Edena does not accept returns for unwanted items and returns without proof of purchase.
